Idk about 90s probably nirvana but 2000s id have to say panic at the disco and citizen.
Hum and Helmet were good. Dunno if they’re “grunge”, but they are awesome 90s bands.
AIC is really good, too. I’m def forgetting some, as I really like 90s rock
I wouldn’t call Helmet grunge but they put on a hell of a good show. So did white zombie around the same time.
