Black tea with milk and green tea without. I never was fond of green tea though… black tea is ok but my favourite tea at moment is rooibos and honey with soya milk and sugar. Have a cup every night :slight_smile: (rooibos means “red bush” and it’s indigenous South African tea.)

No, there’s no caffeine in rooibos tea lol! :laughing: that’s why I have tea at night not coffee.
