The pink one is more celebratory. It screams birthday girl. The blue one is conservative and there is not one thing wrong with that at all, but I don’t see it as a happy birthday celebration dress.

It’s hard to tell because the pink dress is very wrinkled. If it can only stay wrinkled, I prefer the blue. But wrinkle-free I’d say the pink
