Where to go holiday next?

I love travelling but I hate flying for long periods. But I do it for the love of travelling. I want to go somewhere soon but I’m having trouble deciding. I don’t want to go away from Europe for the next few years.

I heard Croatia has very beautiful beaches if you’re into that. My sister has been there.

I enjoyed my 12 days in Italy. Very interesting country. Went to Rome, Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum. We stayed an hour outside Rome on the coach in a place called Fiuggi. It’s alot cheaper then staying in Rome. For 3 days short notice guest house was 600 euros in Rome.

Been Rome and Venice. Not explored the other areas yet. But might do this at some point.

I like Sri Lanka. I’m going for 26 days in June. Its a beautiful country plus its inexpensive.

My partner hated India I doubt he’ll like Sri Lanka … but we can see about that. I really wanted to visit pinnawala.

Beautiful. I wonder if they let you actually go in those lakes. It looks like it’s a national park so not sure.

I’m glad you liked it . I personally spent most my time with relatives there and travelling to rajesthan. I enjoyed it but couldn’t do 8 months.

Wow 8 months is a long holiday. What was it that you enjoyed mostly about India?

Traveling along the beaches in Goa from South to North. I went to Kerala, Kerala is nice. I liked Mumbai. I also went to Nepal in that 8 months. I do like India but it is very tiring country. Sri Lanka is more laid back without the hassle of India.

But that was 15 years ago since I went. Couldn’t do it now, I would go back for 3 weeks in a nice hotel in Goa though. I would also like to revisit Mumbai.
