I live in California. I had never been on a plane before until about 6 years after I became schizophrenic. Then my dad took me across the country on a jet to visit Washington DC with my step-mom. She had to do some work there but for me and my dad it was a vacation. I flew coast to coast and I was not scared at all. I also flew to W.Virginia to visit my step-sister. The only time I’ve been out of the country was when me and my dad flew up north to Canada and stayed for a week in 1990.

I’ve been to Germany, France, England, Italy, Denmark, and I traveled around the U.S. when I was young. To someone from Oklahoma, the historical ambience of Europe is thrilling. There are very few buildings in Oklahoma over a hundred years old. I’d like to travel around Europe again, but I doubt if I’ll get the chance.

Hey @MissJennyJen! From what I recall I’ve been to Spain, England, France, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovenia, Estonia, and of course, my own Portugal. Travelling is awesome! I used to do it a lot by my own but nowadays prefer to go with someone.

Yes it’s sneaky, we’re eloping in a donut shop!

From the Netherlands, to England, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Russia. Haven’t been properly out of Europe yet, except for those few hours crossing the bridge in Istanbul

It has been a while since I really travelled, only to Germany and Belgium in the last few years. I hope to do so this year still, but like to go to Greece or Italy once more.
