I have 12 tattoos on my left lower leg, one on my right leg, one on each side of my chest, and one on the back of each shoulder.
On the collar bone sounds painful, but then I have tattoos on my shin and really it was a bone rattling feeling rather than severe pain, so I could be wrong.

Both inside of wrists
Bottom of neck/top of back
Upper outer thigh
Right outer ankle
When I went into all my surgeries I worried my tattoos would be ruined, the surgeon understood that was a true concern of mine and made sure to not cut into the tattoos… the ankle the back of it was Injured only so didn’t technically need to worry about those but the carpal tunnel ones he had to be careful of
