I do that from time to time. I may be bored and decide to go thru the cat thread and then end up thinking a cat is cute that someone posted a year ago. I may still give it a like. Its because I like the subject of the post though, not that Im stalking anybody. Seems normal to me.

I never give it second thought. It’s just random, unless the same person starts to give lots of likes to your old posts which probably never happens anyway.

It really gives me the heebie jeebies, especially if it’s an old post in a selfie thread.
I am being cyberstalked by a vindictive ex, and my biggest fear is that he stumbles upon my user here and reads all about me.
