My sister and I were quite close and when she married, I felt quite a loss. I was sad. I guess I figured there wouldn’t be any interest in sister anymore. But I’ve heard others say they were jubilant when their sister got married.

I would be happy if he got married but he’s not mature enough even at 34. He keeps asking when I’m getting married like that’s happening anytime soon.

My sister got married but I was Ill in paranoid at the time so I didn’t go

When my sister got married i was really happy for her. She deserves to be happy and loved. We dont talk anymore because of my illness, its been 12 years, but i still feel like that.

I was kind of sad because I felt that she deserved better, but they already had 2 kids together and another on the way so it only made sense for the kids.
The guy she got married to was a drinker and a smoker, and she had aspirations of becoming a vet, and now she is relegated to working at a call centre while he does odd jobs for his families business which is engaged in bad practices. They don’t pay their workers on time, and sometimes not at all, which goes against every labour code in the modernized world, and they are just overall scummy people.
It’s sad because we don’t even want to invite them over for dinner a lot of the time.

none of my siblings got married, they all are in a relationship though and i am happy for them.
