When you allow yourself to be, be proud of little victories each day, there are many opportuinies but it all comes down to positive attitude in yourself, if you choose to be proud you will be, it took me a long time to accept that but it worked and I hope you can too

I am proud of myself in a day if I just tried my best that day. Like if I cooked a meal I feel proud. If I watched a movie I feel proud.

I look at the little things I do for when I want to feel proud. Whether it’s got out of bed when I didn’t want to. Helped another person. Posted on here when I didn’t feel like talking to anyone. Took my meds. Took a shower. The little things I struggle with. If not I am beating myself up for the things I want to change.
