Or schizoaffective as it lasted quite a while. I guess more time will tell.

Only a psychiatrist or a psychologist can diagnose us with bipolar or schizoaffective. We should not and cannot diagnose ourselves.

I doubt the pdocs because the first time they diagnosed me with sz I tried to challenge the dx to which they said I was in denial and denial was a symptom of sz. Now they agree with me, I find it diifficult to accept what they say because it was drilled into me I was wrong for almost a decade.

Denial is also a symptom of mood disorder, such as bipolar or sza for example.
