When do you find is the best time to take your medication?

I used to take it 7pm, I did that for 2-3 years… now I’ve switched to 9pm, and I think I’m happier with that, cause then I can stay up for a bit longer, as I enjoy being awake in the evening.

i think it depends on the situation like anything else. Many people take it in the pm so they can sleep better. I take it in the morning because its part of my morning routine and also because sometimes i get heart issues. Im scared of getting a heart attack in my sleep so i take it while im awake even tho it might make me drowsy.

I take Invega, Wellbutrin and Tranxene in the morning when I get up and clozapine when I feel like going to bed.

It’s not at the same time every day. I go with the flow.

I take Abilify at 6pm everyday. If I take it sooner I feel anxious and if I take it later, I feel unmedicated!

I take meds twice a day, around 3am and then again at 5pm. I go to bed really early so that’s why I’m up at 3am.

I take mine at 10:30 AM & PM. It just helps me keep track of them and not too early that I can’t fall asleep.

i take my morning med (abilify) around 11 am and my night med (haldol and benztropine) around 12am

I take mine in the morning. wake up, take them and forget about them for the rest of the day

I take 6mg risperidone before sleep at 11pm. It helps me sleep better and not feel sleepy during day time.

I drink my Abilify 8am and 8pm sharp every day. 15mg in the morning and 10mg in the evening.

I take 15 mg of zyprexa at 2:00 a.m. when I go to bed, and 5 mg in the morning at around 7:00.

I take Paxil in the AM and risperidone in the PM.

Between 7 and 8pm so it kicks in before bedtime assisting with my sleep.

Consistency is key. Whatever time you find works for you just make sure you take it at the same time every day. That way you body can adjust and gets used to it

Yea I’m the same way. When I wake up I purposely drink water so I just take my meds then. It’s easy and I won’t forget.
