Lately I’ve been eating air popped popcorn as my go-to. I’m starting to get bored with it so I’m looking for another low calorie food as a snack that I can look forward to
Yogurt. Peanuts almonds pecans. Now I’m hungry lol.
Cereal. Any kind.
Mine changes. There was a period where I’d grill up some pepperoni and turkey sandwiches with cheese and mayo maybe jalapeños if I have them. I started buying pepperoni instead of salami. It’s way tastier.
I like me a good headcheese made out of grinded up hippies.

I go through phases where I’ll eat a lot of the same thing. For a while it was grilled ham and cheese sandwiches, but lately I’ve been living on Tina’s burritos. The spicy one is my fave.
There’s a place near my house called poultry direct. They sell bulk stuff direct from the makers. Like big bags of chicken fingers ect. They have crispitos the ones we got from the school cafeteria. They’re really good. Chili cheese ten for $11. They’re delicious. I need to get some. They also have pizza sticks, corn dogs, fried okra ect. Just bags of the stuff.
Oatmeal. Apples and cinnamon instant oatmeal
I love Quaker’s Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal.

Graham crackers and milk. I know they are mostly empty calories, but any time I want I can eat a package of graham crackers dipped in milk, and I get a good five-hundred calories, which is what they recommend when you take Geodon. I get good protein in my diet, and I have taken to drinking large amounts of V8 juice, so that balances out my diet.
i usually just eat tomatos little cherry ones or normal ones like a apple
Peanut butter whole grain bread
I love mozzarella cheese on Triscuits of any flavour, except Balsamic Vinegar (I hate that).
