Chinese veggies with noodles sounds good! Gets my vote.
I haven’t had a pb&j in a long time.
Tuna salad with crackers sounds healthy, but it might have too much sodium in it. Maybe the grilled chicken, if you’re trying to eat healthy. If you don’t care you might try the bacon cheeseburger, Damn the cholesterol, full speed ahead. That is what I would do. A bacon cheeseburger does have a lot of protein. It’s good to get protein.

I have had a few this month. I honestly don’t feel good after I eat them but they taste so good and I’ve been craving the meat and cheese. But I think that will be my last one for a while. I got to start being good again.

I like chicken sausages although am not sure if they are healthy

I’ve never tried them, I’ve seen chicken apple sausages and was curious about them, maybe I’ll pick some up if the macros look good

Yeah is not prime cuts of meat. This is pretty much the case for all types of sausage I am told
