Well, if you REALLY want to feel like you have micropeen, ask @TomCat about his car collection. Man, I thought I was a hip cat with Vlad the Impala and the Squirrelmobile and then this ex-military d00d comes in and lays his thing down.

Oof!

Ahem. You’ve been holding out on me. Xplane 11? Zibomod?

It’s nothing special. Just a refurbished Dell laptop I use for photo editing and storage.

I mostly use my Kindle for online stuff.

Was gonna be a smart allec and post a picture of those old Apple computers I used in first grade but I refrained. Haha. I don’t even remember how to boot one up.

Uh, charge laptop on kitchen counter, take to living room couch and open it.

Everyone has got these RTX cards. Jelous! :sob: Might have to get one when the new Flight Simulator comes out.

What model is that mixer? I didnt know Serato did something with Pioneer? Does it not take cds?

It’s a Pioneer DDJ-SX control surface. It’ comes with a full Serato license but the truth is that I like to use Flow 8 for mixing instead. It comes with presets for the mixer. You’re thinking of the higher end Pioneer CJDs, which are lovely but I only had a certain budget to work with.

Edit: Just realized there are two mixers in the photo. The larger light beige one is an Arrakis ARC-10U-BLUE. It’s an entry-level broadcast console for use in low power FM or hobbyist radio setups. It supports two mics, seven line-level stereo pairs, and a bluetooth or phone input. It wasn’t cheap, but it takes a crap tonne of abuse and it will outlive me. It was intended for the school studio. I wanted them to have something that was difficult to break and easy to fix. Went with older tech for that reason, but got them a model with bluetooth input as we know kids will use that.

hello rogueone, I saw you’re from Australia, as am I, I was wondering where you got your desk from? the one in the photo.

Just a cheap corner desk from Amart Furniture. I found it on special so paid like $110 or so for it. Was a good deal.

Thankyou. 151515
