As an adult, 2 weeks travelling around Wyoming and South Dakota. Never been outside of North America. Haven’t been more than an hour from home in several years. I guess I’m a homebody.
I fell off mine a few times but thankfully nothing serious. Also the bike was a bit of a scrapheap before I rented it so nothing serious on that too.
I would love to go back to India someday. I’m going to Sri Lanka next March and to Rome for 5 days. In 2025 go to Thailand for my birthday, It’ll be my 40th. depending on my health of course.
It sounds like a lot of fun
My longest vacation will be next winter. I’m going for 3 months to Barcelona, Spain. I rented a house in a National Park 15 minutes from the city center with my mom. We’ll have plenty of guests (family and friends) dropping by.
That sounds like it will be a lot of fun !!!
I’m already looking forward to it. We’re leaving at the end of November. 3 months to go!
The longest vacation I took was two weeks.
You have to post pictures ok
Deal! 151551515
That sounds like sooo much fun. I’m glad you’ll be posting pictures.
How did your husband and your son’s vacation go with boy scouts?
They’re having fun. They start heading home tomorrow. They’re driving home to Michigan from Minnesota. They are stopping overnight and finish getting home at noon on Sunday.
Thanks for asking @FreeLunch.
You know my uncle lives in Detroit

In the city of Detroit?
See above ∆∆∆∆∆
I should clarify. He lives in hamtramck
Ok. I’ve always lived in suburban Detroit. The city of Detroit can be rough. I’m glad he doesn’t live there. There are some parts of the city that are supposed to be ok though.
Edit: one of my coworkers lives in Hamtramck.
Cool! He used to have an awesome loft there but sold it when he divorced
I went on a year long vacation, lol!
Trip to my grandparents in arizona when I was a kid. I believe we stopped in disneyland, the grandcanyon, mexico and various other places. Was a long time ago.
Been forever since I went on a vacation.
I went for 90 days to the US back in the noughties on the old tourist visa. Ended up getting married to stay so lasted two years before I bailed on a by then toxic relationship. So two years and probably three months!
