I haven’t gotten my hair cut since 2016. I got a lecture about spending because I got my hair professionally colored. I’ve plucked some hairs and cut the hair on the back of my neck but I should go back to a real salon again someday. For a long time I’ve been dealing with my hair on my own and it has dye in it.

Your hair must be pretty long.
I think it’s easier with short hair. Plus my motivation was avoiding a mullet haircut at all costs.

Imma anti-social distance some more. Might eventually go to a restaurant if I don’t see evidence of more waves. I’m in no hurry. Don’t ever plan to use public transit again for the rest of my life, figure hell is best saved for after one dies.
As for the rest of it, I like ordering from Amazon, eBay, love my groceries being delivered, and AA meetings by Zoom are so much better than F2F. No more chairs that hurt my back in stanky church basements and driving over dangerous roads in the winter.

A decent family catch up. I’m heading up to see some friends next week as we can do some visiting. It would be nice to have a decent catch up. I have 4 other siblings so with partners and kids it’s a big enough crowd to get together.

that sounds like it will be quite a big crowd get together with your families. we are only allowed two households of up to 6 people getting together, outside, from 6 june onwards…looking forward to that…

My mom lives in SD and they are one of 8 states that never did any lockdown or jack ■■■■ to help people. But we were supposed to be there today, me john and the our 3 kids joining my stepdad and my toungest sister who live there with mom were gonna t as ke 50 cans of shaving cream today to her front yard. My mom turned 50 today and just like 20 years ago for her 30th lindsey and i were gonna shaving cream happy 50th ya old ■■■■■ on her front yard. Lindsey sent me a pic she did with the 10 can she could get in bodunk nowhere SD, but we’re both disappointmented in it.
Feel bad about it, kids were looking forward to it cause we started these plans last October.
Everything kind of got back to a more relaxed state here already.
I want to go dancing again.
I look forward to being able to use the facility gym! Other than that, the local zoos and bird world opening. Those areas always make me happy.
Have a barbecue and invite family over.
Go to games workshop and paint there for the afternoon.
Covid will be around for a while. There won’t be a fixed stop date… And it’s likely there will be yet another epidemic of some kind.
This is really forcing humanity into a reapproach to logistics and lifestyle. A strong reminder of the importance of public health and general sanitation.
It’s an ongoing thing and in it are a lot of lessons that we could have been doing better about in the first place.
I mean being human and being free… These are obviously the greatest qualities of modern Life. Accessibility to levels of personal empowerment otherwise unheard of… But that doesn’t necessarily mean there aren’t other hard limits out there. Things that transcend laws or social control… Hard physical limitations that would deem humanity being totally free as unsustainable.
… It’s pretty obvious we’re ■■■■■■■ our whole planet up.
Covid through a wrench in things, but it’s also one of those involuntary challenges that put us in a corner and forced us to change things. I think just seeing that occur in the world really will facilitate a lot of global progress. Politically and technologically… People are less stuck in the thinking that things won’t or can’t change… Because things have changed and tremendously so.
To answer the question though… I have no idea. I’ll go back to being a bit more adventurous… It is a bummer not being able to get out of house.
