I don’t have a desk drawer, but the top drawer of my dresser has all kinds of crap in it. Old contacts, flonase, pens, old mail, etc. I would take a picture of it, but I’m laying in bed and I don’t want to get up. Will send pics later.

I should clean mine, been that way for years
I have a secretary. It’s full of stuff same as yours. A lot of mail though. The desk I had was too big to fit in my new house. Had to get rid of it.

I have three drawers on my desk. The top drawer is filled with notebooks, envelopes, bottles of meds, a sketching pencil set, various charging cords for my laptops and other things, my checkbook and a few other things. My middle drawer is broken and is for looks only. My bottom drawer holds my socks (since I don’t have a dresser) and my hair clippers and beard trimmer.
The real mess is on top of my desk. I dread the day that I have to go through all that crap!
