What's for dinner?

Either nothing and I go to sleep now or salmon burgers with soy sauce. And maybe progresso lentil soup.

I cooked wings that I had been avoiding cooking for months. They were great. And I boiled carrots.

We had bell peppers stuffed with ground beef and parmesan. It was delish!

Going to be doing some chicken drumsticks oven baked. I will have some veggies and rice. For dad he’ll probably have a fried egg or something simple but predictable.

The wife is sober. In a 12 week outpatient program. Ends October 15th. Then she says she is going back to beer. No hard liquor.

She is still really pissed at me for getting her put in somewhere. She says it was bad and like the projects in New Orleans.

Says she will never get over it but she is doing well right now.

I grilled some chicken with white BBQ sauce, and mom made some butternut squash risotto. It was a great meal.

Rice that didn’t turn out. Kinda gummy and could have been cooked 5 minutes more. I’m throwing it all out and having a bowl of Cap’n Crunch instead.

I broke my keto (lost like 10 pounds), now eating regular.

Probably a gluten-free falafel sandwich for dinner. IDK.

I want to eat wheat. Not yet. I’m doing a thing that might fix the food sensitivity. Takes a while to kick in though.
