Wow I figured you’d want the Xbox though. What was the football game called? It wasn’t called “blitz” was it? I know that was for the first Xbox. It was actually super fun, just not realistic like madden
And yeah I’d have a original Nintendo, I know they bring pretty good money these days for a gaming console
I’ve been really into playing the Sims 4 and Anno 1800 recently. Sometimes I play Cyberpunk or Elden Ring. I’m thinking about buying Pharaoh: A New era because I used to love that game so much when I was a kid.
Umm! Maybe I can’t recall it really. My grandma was lucky to work a TV remote then and I love her too much to see her wrangle in anguish over the many buttons on the xbox controller.
Had to google the pharaoh game. I love ancient Egypt so I was curious. Looks cool, I love games like that, looks similar to “roller coaster tycoon” lol
Yeah, it’s a city building game set in ancient Egypt. I spent so many hours on it as well. That and I also liked Caesar 3, which is similar and set in ancient Rome. There were actually a few different city building games set in ancient civilizations. They were all awesome until you got far into the game and they started to bug out.
Well there is sort of a slightly more updated game version of Caesar 3 called CivCity Rome. I still play that on steam. I would definitely recommend and I think it’s probably pretty cheap.
Edit: Another good retro game I would recommend is Sid Meier’s Pirates and I looked it up, it’s only a few dollars on steam. I played the heck out of that game when I was a depressed teenager.
I play mostly competitive multiplayer games such as age of empires 3 league of legends counter strike global offensive and then i play animal crossing on switch lol
I like so many games that it’s just easier to say what I don’t like, which is sports and racing. It’s not that they’re bad, I just am not into sports and I kind of hate EA so it works out. I did love playing NBA Jam Tournament Edition on SNES.
Closest thing to a sports game I’ve played that was modern was Rocket League… I was very into that game for like a year.
Age of Empires 1 and Age of Empires 2
Civilization 3, Civilization 4, Civilization 6 (3 the most)
Factorio & Satisfactory
DOOM 2016 & Eternal
All of the Pokemon games
Zoo Tycoon
Rollercoaster Tycoon 2
Half Life Series
Dead Space Series
Nice, didn’t know they released that for consoles. I’m not very good at it since I get overwhelmed with so much stuff going on. But it’s fun to build a town and fight against bots.
I played a lot of RTS games in the past, in those games you’d have like 12 gatherers at a time, in aoe2 you can get up to around 100 villagers in a 200 food game… like a lot more of the game is focused on economy compared to Warcraft, Starcraft, or Command and Conquer.
