A whole wheat pita instead of a standard crust removes a lot of the carbs. Cut back on the cheese while working in some more veggies and you’ve taken a fave treat and made it healthier.

Maybe make your own, like; whole grain bread with some pizza sauce, mozzarella and chicken, whatever.

My mom used to make mini pizzas out of English muffins, tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella, olives and pepperoni.
