I take my evening meds at 8:30 p.m, including 6 mg of melatonin. I’m asleep by 9:30 p.m. and I wake up around 7:30 a.m.

I go to sleep at 8pm,
I’m on little old lady schedule.

I go to bed and sleep at 9pm.
I used to have sleeping problems and be on daily medication for it .
Thankfully I sleep without medication most nights and I usually wake up around 7am.
I am very happy with this.
