Why are people renting all the apartments here.? Everywhere we call or walk in. I’m sorry but I don’t have any. Has covid gotten worse. Thoughts?

It might be due to costs of home ownership versus cost of rental or renting a apartment.
Also availability in areas, of homes versus apartments.

To be honest, I’m not sure on why during the Coronavirus situation, rentals are increased.
They had an eviction moratorium during Coronavirus.
That could be why rentals are affected.
