What should I wear tomorrow?

I’m getting coffee with a friend I haven’t seen in 9 years, it’s gonna be 72 degrees and sunny and cloudy… with the pink shirt or the teal dress I’d be wearing a black cropped cardigan… they all look decent on me, I’m just SO indecisive. Also the blue top is “off the shoulder”
