Pet wise it’s definitely cats and dogs and out in the wild it would be birds.

My favourite domesticated animal is cats. I love dogs too, but I’ve always had cats.
And wild animals, I love otters. They are So Graceful in the water, and they look like they make everything fun

I used to raise bees. I know they are not animals but I admire them for how hard they work. They gather minute amounts of nectar from flowers and store it up for the hive as honey. The work for the whole social unit, for the hive. They co-operate. They are unified in support of the one queen.

@Here4You bees are fascinating aren’t they. I watched a documentary where a single bee located a small dish of sugar water. He returned to the hive, and using a weird dancing wiggling its tail it described to the other bees exactly where to find the dish. Every living thing is more intelligent than we give it credit for
