They really like to do potluck at my new job for every occasion.
I’ve been there a month and there have been 4 already.
The next one is on Tuesday. I have no idea what to bring.
I’m not a very dynamic cook, but I can follow most recipes.
Anyone have any ideas?

Penne with pesto!
Easy and is preferable to eat at room temp

They’re okay, not something I’d risk my life over.

I’m curious if you’ve ever had Mexican made tamales… they are better than store bought or imitations

Well cheeseballs bring people to the square so maybe tacos could bring people to the capital

If you don’t feel like doing anything you can always get a fruit platter from the store
You could bring the plates forks and cups

Do they count if you have had them in Mexico?

Lol yes that counts… you really don’t care for them? I love the texture and flavor of good masa

We have a Mexican cafe near us that makes them fresh. It’s nice to have the authentic stuff, and it’s almost impossible to find up here. I miss Texas food.
@Gamera When we went to potlucks forever ago, we’d bring a dessert trey with things like rice krispies, brownies, and cookies.

Go all out and make a big pot of chow mein. You’ll be the hit of the party.

I didn’t dislike them, but I wouldn’t jaywalk to get to a food cart selling them.
And taco in a bag is still better. Childhood treat.
