I used to have an elaborate one. But tbh I realise that now less is more. I only use unscented now too soaps and I dont moisturise my body as I feel dirty and uncomfortablewhen doing so.
I only use skincare on my face when it needs it.

For face:
A good facial cleanser and cream. Water. That’s it
and as little stress as possible!
Unfortunately, for women, the menstrual cycle—and for both genders, stress—has a strong impact on the skin.
When I was a teenager for years I used very hot water and scrubbed my face with force
It just made things worse
My skin is much better with a less is more approach
Face scrub in the bath.
Moisturiser after.
People tell me I have great skin too.
I don’t get spots these days.
I wish I had more of one. As a man this whole world just feel so alien to me.
I am trying to use exfoliating cream at the moment. Online everyone suggests using soft acids, but theres just something in my gut that really hates that idea. I’ve been using apricot cream instead. It does feel smoother and look slightly better. Hasn’t really made big improvements to blemishes/scarring though.
I also have eye cream to use as I’ve always had very dark circles under my eyes. But I kinda go through phases of using it and not using it.
What I find crazy: I have oily thin hair. When I am anxious about something (especially going to an event) my hair gets so greasy on the day - even though I’ve washed it on that day - that it looks like it needs washing a second time by the time I get to the event.
The best skincare advice I have ever received was from my Mum who recommended sunblock every day!
Just soap and water when bathing.
I have started using some hustle butter I had left over from tattoos
Says online it can help restore them
My sleeves were looking tired but look better now
I throw hot water on my face, rub Dettol soap on my face, then wash off with cold water. I do that maybe twice per week haha does me. Im in my mid 30s and no wrinkles yet.
I used to by Garnier daily face crème for mixed skin..
It worked for me as well, straighting my skin
Now use Panthenol crème for face and hands.
I have another problem,my face is soft,and beard is thick and hard , I can’t shave,use trimmer..
The only products I put in my face are shaving cream and aftershave.
I could go for a face lotion though. I always get dry skin after a shower or shave.
