You ever made Mediterranean chicken. It has olive oil & cinnamon. It’s great.

I make meat with cinnamon and almonds with rice but I’ve never made chicken with cinnamon. Interesting. I usually make chicken escallop, cordon bleu, chicken kiev, chicken with rice, I’ve never made stuffed chicken either. maybe I should do it soon. I really loved moroccan chicken recipes.

Eastern Indian :heart::heart::heart:

Curried chicken over steamed rice, with condiments of coconut, peanuts, and raisins.

@waterway. I’ve eaten chicken legs smothered in cinnamon. It’s actually delicious.

Probably shrimp or one of my dad’s hamburgers.

Last time this thread was made I said bagels w/ cream cheese, but even that has changed as I am now getting heartburn from the brand of bagels I buy.

I don’t know anymore now. I eat for the sake of eating, not really for pleasure.

@mistercollie. That’s sad. I’m overweight & I get heartburn a lot.

Yeah, I don’t know what it is. I’m going to try buying less refined products - like more fresh produce and such to help neutralize the acidity. Also getting over-the-counter heartburn medication, the liquid type.

I’m also 39. Maybe age has something to do with it. Drinking lots of water seems to help a little.

I take Pantoloc for my acid reflux. I know I shouldn’t eat after 6 pm and avoid certain foods.

@Mistercollie. The world’s healthiest diet is the Mediterranean diet.

My favorite food in the world is actually a cereal that I just discovered called, Great Grains raisins, dates and pecans cereal. I pour a cup of it into a bowl and let it soak for an hour in a cup of milk and one tablespoon of sugar. After it has soaked for more or less an hour, it is pure heaven. I eat this almost every morning.
