What is your fave cuisine?

American Indian or India Indian? We have an Indian restaurant that just came into our neighborhood which I assume is from India. Does anyone know some transitional dishes to get used to Indian cooking? Or what to order the first time?

Can we make a new board rule…No more pics of buffalo hearts??? Or videos of people eating brains??? Or anything bloody and gruesome for that matter?

I want to try Portuguese. Everything you describe/show sounds so good, and obviously you have good taste in food!

What are some unique Portuguese dishes? I always clumped Portuguese as the same category as Spanish and Mexican food.

Soul food. Chicken and waffles.

All you can eat shrimp at red lobster.

I like pizzas and many other dishes, I like General Tzu Chicken in Chinese cuisine.

I love shrimps … I also like salmon, just today had some salmon soup

Anything but Indian. I like Mexican. It’s pretty popular in SoCal.

There’s feijoada, that is basicaly black or white beans with meat. There’s cozido à portuguesa that is a mix of boiled meats with cabbage and white beans,… there’s all sorts of cod fish made in a thousand different ways.
