American Indian or India Indian? We have an Indian restaurant that just came into our neighborhood which I assume is from India. Does anyone know some transitional dishes to get used to Indian cooking? Or what to order the first time?

What are some unique Portuguese dishes? I always clumped Portuguese as the same category as Spanish and Mexican food.

There’s feijoada, that is basicaly black or white beans with meat. There’s cozido à portuguesa that is a mix of boiled meats with cabbage and white beans,… there’s all sorts of cod fish made in a thousand different ways. I have my own recipe of codfish with potatoes, all cooks here have some kind of recipe with cod fish ahah
