LS! This evening I will eat quinoa with seaweed, tofu, carrots, red onion, italian herbs, shiitake mushrooms, white button mushrooms, paksoi, tomato paste and four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Fish and potato salad.

Breakfast for dinner, some eggs and hash browns and chicken sausage
Tonight I go to Women’s Support Group and oftentimes there’s food there… and lots of it like Korean pancakes or tempura. The facilitator who usually brings food will be there tonight, so I am expecting food. I might just have a light meal before that like a McDonald’s cheeseburger.
Cheese pizza and orange juice.
Turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato, lite mayo and diet bread. Watermelon on the side
Nachos and a taco from Taco Bell.
