Come to think about it I don’t think there are any diseases that are actually cured, moreover the symptoms are managed with medicine. Maybe if you have a successful surgery with cancer you can say you’re cured, but you never really know. I’m sure there are some, but def non for psych diseases

Because we don’t really understand what you are going through…
You mentioned cognitive issues, can you elaborate? What are your feelings throughout the day?
Since you don’t want to see a doctor, maybe at least you can share your symptoms with us :slight_smile:

But seriously who knows, as others have said until you can attain a baseline of functioning everything else is on hold. And you should start taking medication for your schizophrenia…

Nope, you unfortunately are ill, through no fault of your own. And unfortunately, until your are stable and better, you are not capable of doing what you want to do. You may try but you will most likely end up in jail, a hospital or possibly dead.
