i m thinking to change my country and to travel to other countries

do they become kinder ?
I haven’t but I know people who have. Doesn’t make a difference with their voices unless they wind up somewhere that is less stressful. Reduces the intensity of positive symptoms.

I went on a holiday in a place that scared me, with a person that scared me. This is the only experience I have. It was obviously not very good for my symptoms.
