I like fruit and veg but the main ones I eat are bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, peppers, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, beans, lettuce, spinach.
I love them all.
I love dark leafy greens like spinach
Favourite vegetable is broccoli, favourite fruit is apricot.
For fruit, I like apple, pineapple and mango most. For vegetables I like cabbage, spinach, and lettuce most.
There is really no vegetable that I donāt enjoy. Fruit, However, Iām a little bit more picky. I like stone fruit, mangos, banana and green apples. I dislike cucumber, mandarins, pears and grapes.
Iām a fan of all veggies and fruits pretty much. I guess I like different veggies at different times. At the moment Iām eating more potatoes and pumpkin because Iām making my own soups.

I like most fruits, but Iām allergic to most of those with flavour. Kiwi, mango, grapefruit, etc.

Apple, pear, carrots, most types of salad leaves, oranges, starting to like pickles and cucumber, tomato and red onion.
I like apples, bananas, green beans, carrots, sprouts, letuce, cucumbers, onions and tomatoes.
I can eat almost anything but Brusselsprout,onion and cabbage I just canāt eat, I tried but it doesnāt stay in my stomach for long. I discovered a shop with,for me, exotic fruits. Dragonfruit, papaya,persemom and fruits I donāt know the name.
Something drastic has to happen, Iām convinced of it

At work I eat an apple and a banana each day
Weekly I drink about 2 litres of Apple & Mango pure juice.
My favourite thing to have in a sandwich is Apricot jam. Used to only have it in those little packets on holiday, but I discovered it in Aldi, so I enjoy it more often now.
The diet I have is pretty healthy these days, although, I do have a takeaway once a week
fruits: bananas, blueberries, kiwis, apples, cherries
veggies: romaine lettuce, peas, onions, tomatoes, broccoli, brussel sprouts, i also eat kale for vitamin k but i donāt like kale.
beans: garbanzo beans (chickpeas) black beans
tubers: potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams
and you canāt forget the all important olive for olive oil on your salad and some extra fat in your diet.
Iām gonna try that. Onions are a staple food in my family
