I am lucky. I can’t eat salads/ greens because I am on blood thinners and it counteracts their affects. I tend to stay on the low side, so my doctor doesn’t want me getting any vitamin K.

Actually, I shouldn’t say lucky. I miss salad with ranch dressing. And spinach. I LOVE spinach!

I love food and enjoy eating meat and dairy but I was a vegan but am not anymore but am still a bit of a wanna be vegan.
If I eat less maybe that would help the environment.
I do not want to be anorexic though .i want a good appetite and I still eat pizza and “unhealthy” foods .

I love food so much and pray for all species and all our food flow etc

Sausages and cauliflower bake for dinner here tonight.
I am not aloud vegan meat in his fridge but might stand my ground and organise something.
Or just eat a bit less.

Ayurveda Veda says two handfuls in size but I can eat a whole big pizza by myself.

I would love Thai food and Chinese food and liquorice and much more.

Food is great and may I appreciate and respect etc animals I eat.

I killed a spider today but prayed for the spider.

A bit of killing may be good in a way like when I lived out Bush by myself the mice took over the house.
It was there’s not mine and they urinated on my bed etc

The Muslims pray for the animal before slaughter and respect it n honour it perhaps I think.

I do not want the tortured no care treatment of meat.

How would the animal rather be killed…

I pray for them but when I try to go vegan again I get sicker so I eat meat n dairy .
If my mum lived with me n cooked vegan for me I could perhaps go vegan but now i have been unwell last few weeks worse since coming of Benzo.
So no drastic changes right now.

Here goes my brain again.

Every afternoon evening night my brain feels pressure incredibly damaged and fragile and my brain feels awful.

Worse the last few weeks.

It might be coming off benzo.

I thought it was Australia’s new pm.
But it might be benzo

I thought it could be the haters doing psychic attacks too.

Anyway I saw a program about some people that seemed to live balanced and they eat meat but their chickens run free and are happy.

They are friends and have a tv show about home economics for adults.

They way I suspect they slaughter seems nice too.
