I mixed up a box of scalloped potatoes in a bowl
and added frozen mixed veggies, salsa, a can a tomato soup,
and pieces of fried pork,
then sprinkled lots of crushed tortillas chips on top,
and threw it in the oven in my casserole dish.
it’s baking now, I’ll let ya know.
My man is worried about my concoctions.
We shall see.
