Good: well, when I met my new case manager about a month ago he wrote in my evaluation and treatment plan that I am very polite and friendly with others.
Bad: I’m a perfectionist.
Good : grateful for a little or a lot
Bad: all or nothing thinking
Come to think of it, this was actually a great post. It let people actively think about positive affirmations for themselves and areas that they maybe need to work on in the never ending quest of self improvement.
