Now that I can eat a little better I’m going to pick up some stuff for my spicy curry pho. When do you think I’ll make it?

I have a little extra on my food stamps, and I got food in the refridgerator, so I can treat myself when I go to town Wednesday. I’m trying to decide what I am going to get. Maybe some large burritos, or maybe lay in a supply of egg nog, if they have started selling that already.

If I were to make curry pho I would make it on the weekend for family and friends. I heard of curry and of pho but not together, sounds good.

Please get some greens when you shop! Frozen brussel sprouts. Frozen green beans. Frozen spinach. Get some fresh green cabbage. Cheap and good for you.
