man, I wish I could stay off meds! I end up absolutely crazy and, in the hospital, talking to myself (the universe). It is so hard. The side effects are horrific. If there were no side effects, I’d be delighted to take them, but they cause akathisia, insomnia, lethargy, inability to concentrate and much more.
I am taking my drugs because I am terrified of losing it again and really doing some damage.

At one point, I was diagnosed with Delusional Disorder and a pdoc told me people can spontaneously recover from it. Maybe I can. My delusional thoughts TOLD me to stop the meds and I tossed them, more than once and ended up hospitalized but, i agree. They suck. They are so hard on your brain

Look for a show called Survivorman. I think it is available for free on Pluto TV. Look at what Les Stroud goes through on his own surviving in nature. Then find yourself a nice apartment downtown in a city.
