I was first diagnosed with chronic paranoid schizophrenia and psychosis then schizoaffective disorder bipolar type and now it’s undifferentiated schizophrenia.

It can be a tricky thing to diagnose sometimes. Depending on what we tell the doc and how they interpret it.
