What have some of your voices told you or said. Some of mine have told me that I’m being listened too and “they” are going to kill me an I deserve to die.

I don’t hear voices to hurt myself or others but they often humiliate me

They tell me to kill my parents, to kill myself, that they’re watching me etc.
