Vagus nerve article

I thought this article was really cool because I often used to feel a lot of tension and anxiety in my stomach area. Lately I have been relaxing and just observing the nerves in my abdomen when I relax which seems to help my anxiety and fatigue. It even seems to help me get over colds quicker.

When my sz was very bad times meant for relaxation seemed filled with danger. I am beginning to realize I never knew how to relax as a child.
