Using AI for therapy?

Might not be the healthiest choice…

I use it to draw some of my delusions and thoughts. Helps me. But as an interaction? No thanks.

Llama 5 is really good :100: I would say. If we ask more questions it will dwell deep down.

At least you’re not married to an AI consultant and have to hear about how amazing it is constantly. Ugh.

But when isn’t it good to get more definitive and accurate information rather than running around for answers ?

Since when is AI good and accurate? Its been spreading a ton of misinformation

at first I thought it was good. But there’s too much human non verbal communication that the AI doesn’t pick up on that take away merit from its ability to offer any meaningful therapy - it’s dangerous in this regard imo

Yes like humans get better from pervious mistakes ai also does

Did you not read the article posted in OP?

I just read now

But each AI is different all AI are not the same

You’ve got that completely wrong. The more AI feeds on its own output the worse its output gets. That is why the AI companies are in a panic about getting their hands on new libraries of copyrighted, human created data to feed into their models to try and correct the issue (for now).

They do can improve imo

I dont get it

I feel like this over take of AI is what a lot of dystopian futuristic movies and novels have been warning us about.
