Upbeat Music Can Make Hard Workouts Easier

I like to listen to talk radio but music is good too. both distract me. the good thing about talk radio is that is usually news of the day so that keeps it fresh. I don’t like to listen to the same songs or albums over and over again, and it can be work to search for new music to listen to.

When I was gping tothe gym O had a long playlist on my phone and mp3 player.

I use Spotify now. It’s not bad

I find upbeat music helps me even cope in everyday life. Life is a bit more enjoyable with an upbeat soundtrack. Love my music subscription membership!
