Oddly,
Thatās not just super unusual.
A good many people are born without certain teeth, or even with additional teeth.
Or even teeth growing in weird places.
In the event there is no tooth,
You get a partial very similar to a retainer.
Then they try to sell you on implants as that retainer is a pain in the ass.
Teeth growing in odd places can actually be āchainedā to other teeth and pulled to their proper place over the course of months, sometimes longer.
Iād say that is 100% not worth the effort unless youāre a kid with braces.
Of course they try to sell you on implants in that case too.

I had a bridge that covered my missing front tooth and in that process they destroyed my other front tooth. The original tooth was kicked out when I was attacked.
The bridge failed after 15 years and I had the left tooth removed (after it rotted out really painfully under the bridge) leaving two missing front teeth and a crown for the other front tooth.
I have an appointment to get a consultation for 2 x dental implants on the 18th of this month after spending the last few years with the gap.
Looking forward to smiling again to be honest.
