Today is international happiness day!

It tries to promote wellbeing and that happy is the way people should be. Apparently, if you want to celebrate the type of things you should be doing are exercising, going to see family or friends and meditating. So go do the things that make you happy and live a good life!

Well i exercised today, so i guess i’ve done one out of the three things. Sounds like a good day though.
