I give you an example from when I was feeling like ā– ā– ā– ā–  (now I am better) I am not saying you are feeling like ā– ā– ā– ā–  or nothing like that, itā€™s just a personal example

So everything was a loop and I was feeling like I was spinning in a circle, every day was the same, that happend for 2 years

I am glad I am a warrior and I survive

For me I need to have something to do, everyday, something that makes me happy, OK, I know its hard and I have to motivate myself to do activities before, after a while its much better in my case

nice, so what do you do everyday?
i work 4 times a week but at the free days there is that emptiness that doesnā€™t fade away. no social contact besides a few friends and family and nothing to work toā€¦ But i need the free days in order to restā€¦

I always make myself busy, today for example I saw a movie at a cinema and now I am at my sisterā€™s apartment.

There are plenty of things you can do. I think there are apps that told you what you can do to get some activities but I donā€™t want to lie to you
