I had chatgpt rewrite it in short summary and at grade 5 level. Now i too can understand it 
Adolescent egocentrism is when teenagers find it hard to understand what others truly think about them.
Teens focus a lot on their own thoughts and appearance, thinking others notice them as much as they notice themselves.
This leads to two ways of thinking
