It is the Union jack plus the the southern cross which is a star constellation in the southern hemisphere I think.

Serbian flag is stupid.
I have much better idea for a flag that will represent all the people from all religions and different parts of the world. When i become First Serbian Revolutionary as planed 
, i will impose new flag. And everyone will be proud.
