I had to miss my med clinic appointment because my brother in law is in the hospital and I have to watch my nieces. My surgery is still on the 15th. My partner is going to take the day off.

My in laws are convinced I’m useless. That’s not better. I have a lot of on my mind and I just can’t get the drive or something I don’t know to clean.
