“stay out of the middle” was what all the nutrition books i read 10 years ago said, they advised everything you would want to eat that was healthy was all along the perimeter of the grocery. everything thing else is all the crap packaged foods that are so popular with the clueless masses.

I heard that too. Also, don’t shop when you’re hungry, you’re more likely to buy stuff that you don’t need.
Hmmm. In my local store, produce, bakery, deli, seafood, meats, dairy, pkg bread, frozen foods. Not sure that’s super healthy !!!
