I started seeing a new therapist a few weeks ago. She’s pretty nice, she taught me breathing techniques for panic attacks. And now i can take a shower without wearing a bathing suit because i thought someone was watching me or i thought someone would break into the bathroom and kill me. I still get paranoid in the shower but i find setting a goal for myself like the therapist suggested or imaging a funny scenario in my head of what would happen instead of being killled or being watched.

This is excellent - It is good to know that you found a therapist that you like. I am starting to understand my therapist, and I do kind of like her - she seems to care
